Forever for now. Because we never know where life will take us. And right now I see myself being in Paris forever, and maybe I will be. But also a year ago I had no idea I’d be here.
Sometimes we have a dream, or an idea, in our mind, and we finally take the leap. Maybe it’s exactly like what we imagined forever. Or maybe just for a while…or maybe we realize it’s nothing like what we pictured at all. But we feel stuck because “this was supposed to be it”.
What’s easy to forget is that we are allowed to change our minds; that’s the beauty of life. To keep trying, and striving, to find what our heart wants. We are never truly stuck, just locked in a gilded cage of our own making, not realizing we have the key to open the door.
