For this spooky season, we partnered with the newly-announced directing duo Ezequiel Garibay and Narda Rodriguez who tell us the tale of La Llorona, the vengeful ghost of Mexican folklore. 👻

Cursed for eternity to roam our world and mourn her children that she drowned, La Llorona’s wailing is an omen for misfortune or death. 💀

Thank you to Julien Sarraute for providing his veteran compositing talents and to the animation interns Santiago Areán Viveros, Fuxuan Deng, Naïs Laptes, and Enrique Gasca! And also to Benzene Paris for providing the sound!
