This is so sad it actually made me shed tears, what beautiful girls 😢

The three women who died near Black Rock car park, off Madeira Drive in Brighton have been identified.

According to the BBC, the women were three sisters from London.

Sussex Police said the women who died have been identified as Jane Adetoro, 36, Christina Walter, 32, and Rebecca Walter, 31, all from the Uxbridge area of London.

In the report, their father, Joseph, said in a statement:

"No words can truly describe the pain of losing three daughters in the prime of their lives.

"Jane, Christina, and Becky were more than daughters to me; they were my joy, my strength, and the beautiful light that filled our family with happiness and love."

Rest in Peace. 🙏🏾🕊️🖤

This is not an easy watch. But it is a necessary one.
Our guest, a domestic homicide chair and author, came to No Bravado and said plainly what the data shows. Black women are most often being killed by Black men. Men they have previously been in relationships with.

This is not about pointing fingers at a community. This is about protecting Black women and having the honest conversations that could save lives.

We will always use this platform to have the conversations that matter, no matter how uncomfortable. This one matters.

Share this. Someone needs to see it. 💙

Our last conversation hit a nerve… so we’re back for PART 2

The discussion around The Mother Wound opened up some deep conversations about how our earliest relationships shape the women we become… and honestly? We’re not done yet.

Tonight we’re going even deeper into:

Mother wounds & self-worth
How childhood emotional patterns show up in adult relationships
The surprising link between emotional safety and money
Healing the nervous system and why “just think positive” doesn’t always work
What true healing actually looks like

If Part 1 had you reflecting, triggered, questioning things or sharing your own experiences… you NEED to be in the room tonight.

This is real conversation. No judgement. No bravado. Just truth, healing and perspective.

Cheating is one thing. But cheating with a friend? The panel agreed, that's a different level of disrespect entirely.

Once trust is gone it's gone. The overthinking, the second guessing every time he says he's "just going down the road," the way it turns you into someone you don't even recognise. Is it ever really worth trying to come back from?

And then Charlene said "I don't wish you the best" and finished everyone off.

The Massive had thoughts and they did not hold back.

This one hit different.

RTT and Donna Murray Turner () came to No Bravado and went somewhere most people won't. The mother wound runs deep in our community, but when colourism is added on top of it?

Dark-skinned Black women are receiving messages from their own mothers that they are not enough. Not light enough. Not the right hair. Not what was hoped for.

And it doesn't start with the mothers. It starts with colonialism. That's the root. That's what we have to talk about.

This is a huge problem in our community and we are not tiptoeing around it.

In our community there's still a real stigma around therapy. And we're not having it.

If you hurt your knee you go to the doctor. No questions asked. So why should your mental health be any different?

No Bravado is committed to pushing this message as much as we possibly can because our community deserves to heal. There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting support.

If this resonates, share it with someone who needs to see it. 💙

A famous Black woman said Black women could never be as famous as Kim Kardashian without talent. Our group went OFF.

We read the comments live and honestly the debate writes itself. Why is the talent bar being set differently depending on who you are? And why is it a Black woman saying it?

The No Bravado Massive had thoughts and we weren't holding back.
What's YOUR take?

Social media beef is turning into real life consequences and people are still standing there filming it instead of breaking it up.

The panel didn't hold back. Ego, validation, TikTok lives, "meet me here now" energy, it's all connected. And until people realise that the internet isn't real, this isn't stopping.

What do you think? Is social media making people more reckless?
