Rozana hereby requests you to submit price quotation(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached Bidding Form titled RFQ N° 2210202401 EQ, which contains the FM transmitter with guaranteed FM coverage of 2500 watts, extremely low output power loss in case of power failure, and an audio processor for FM and DAB+/HD radio broadcasts."

You should submit one original of the attached Bidding Form. On the same form you also must indicate the details of the services

proposed, the availability of the requested equipment in stock, and the delivery period. The deadline for receipt of your quotation is 17:00 UTC time on 4th of February 2025, at the email address above.

Your quotation should be submitted as per the following instructions.

Prices: The prices, all taxes included, should be quoted for supply and delivery to ROZANA destination Point as given in the attached Bidding Form. Custom clearance costs must be mentioned in the quotation when it applies, to any amount for customs clearance, The price will include shipping to Rozana’s office in Gaziantep, turkey.
Evaluations of Quotations: Offers determined to be substantially responsive to the technical specifications will be evaluated by comparison of their prices
The delivery lead time will also be a consideration in the contract award.
Award of Purchase Order: The contract award will be made to the bidder offering the best value for money (lowest acceptable evaluated price). The successful bidder will sign a Contract (Purchase Order) as per the attached General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods and must also sign and uphold the ROZANA Code of Ethics.
Validity of the Offer: Your quotation should be valid for a period of 30 days from the deadline for receipt of the quotation. ROZANA will attempt to notify all suppliers of the outcome of their Quotations by 28-2-2025
Your quotation should be in EURO currency only.
The invoice will be to the French office and payment will be made to the supplier's account from FRANCE.
