Avant l'internet , la classe dominante s'érigeait en police de la pensée et avait le monopole de la parole publique et surtout la définition de la réalité, de ce qui est vrai et ce qui ne l'est pas, avant l'avènement des moyens de communication des masses(MCM) ce sont les journaux ou plutôt les torchons patronaux se chargeaient de la manipulation des masses , les journaux des partis et mouvements socialistes, communistes et anarchistes étaient silencés et interdits, l'avènement de la radio et de la télé fut un puissant vecteur dans l'émergence du fascisme et du n***sme en Allemagne, Italie mais avant tout aux USA quand les fondements et les techniques de la propagande moderne(inventée par l'Eglise catholique pour combattre les opposants du dogme chrétien) par le neveu de Freud Edward Bernay qui publia son célèbre et classique ouvrage "propaganda" en 1928 dont les publicitaires américains se servirent pour faire élire Franklin Roosevelt, et les propagandistes n***s, en premier lieu Josef Goebbels, pour faire élire Hi**er. On a pu remarquer depuis l'avènement de l'Internet à la fin des années 1990 et début du XXI, on assiste à une inflation législative pour censurer et étouffer les voix discordantes sous des prétextes aussi fallacieux les uns des autres. La guerre implacable menée par les classes dominantes à travers le monde contre l'Internet s'inscrit dans la logique des rapports de domination et de soumission qui caractérisent le système étatique où il faut maintenir les masses dans l'ignorance pour mieux les asservir et les dominer à moindre frais.

Warm Greetings from France to all six participants in this workshop starting within 73 minutes from now. Unfortunately, I will miss maybe a part of this exciting workshop but I hope that there will be a replay to listen and learn more again about the 10 tips aimed at maximizing our health and our wellbeing thanks to Plant based Diet as I have already personally adopted this healthy diet since 1991 and I can testify today, 33 years after that banning meat from my plate helped me enjoying life without being ill, without fatal deceases like cancer, diabetes, stroke, heart attack. During this 33-year span, I have never been sick, never been in hospital, I never went to doctor and consequently I have realized all my planned projects without delay. Given my personal experience, I encourage people in particular low-income people to switch to plant-based diet and to go step by step, firstly to be vegetarian like me and later fully becoming vegan like me 16 years after being vegetarian. Banning meat and dairy products from our plate, would allow humans to live healthy but also to spare animal sufferings, in the slaughterhouses where millions of innocent animals are exterminated, to protect environment and finally the entire planet.

I have been banned from the Russian outlet, Sputnik for hostile and critical comments towards Russian diplomacy since the start of Putin's era in 2000 and the repeated blunders of Putin since he took the power 24 years ago. From 2000 to 2022, Putin witnessed NATO's expansion eastwards passing from 16 member states in 2004 to 30 on the eve of the so called special military operation and since there are two new member states, Finland and Sweden. Despite the false promises giving by the then US STATE SECREATRY James Baker who lured Gorbachev that NATO would not expand one inch eastwards. It is hardly understandable how Russian president who warned the West during his speech in 2007 at Munich conference dedicated to the security in Europe, didn’t take the appropriate actions to halt NATO’s expansion towards Russian borders. It is hardly understandable how Putin’s Russia allowed the overthrow of Yanukovych’s regime and the taking of power in Kiev by neo n**i groups, Azov groups, followers and nostalgic of Stepen Bandera without intervening to nip in the bud hostile regime in Ukraine as did without hesitation and without restraint the USA and its European proxies following the demise of the USSR, the socialist bloc and the Warsaw Pact starting with Gulf s war in 1991, bombing of Serbia 25 years ago, dismantlement of ex Yugoslavia which enjoyed four decades of peace and ethnic and religious groups under Tito’s socialist regime, Afghanistan invasion in 2001, Iraq invasion in 2003, fomenting the so called the Arab spring to put in power radical and radical Jihadists in Egypt, in Libya after murdering its longtime leader Muammar Kadaffi, failed attempt of regime change in Syria, several colour revolutions in the ex Soviet Republics, in Georgia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, in Lebanon in 2005 following the murder of the ex PM Rafic Hariri to oust Syrian troops from this country ravaged by 15 years of civil war(1975-1999), several failed attempts to get rid of the Chinese communist regime started in Tiananmen in June 1989 followed by fomenting ethnic and religious troubles in Tibet, the Ouigours, Hong Kong without citing attempt to overthrow the Bolivarian regime in Venezuela, the successful coup d’état against Evo Morales’s regime in Bolivia, the successful judiciary coup d’etat in Brazil overthrowing Dilma Rousseff’s elected government. The dramatic outcome of Putin’s blunders was the killing of 14000 Russian speaking populations in Donbass at the hands of neo n**i regime. Putin has been lured by the two Minsk accords aimed, according to Merkel and Holland, to give Kiev neo n**i regime enough time to build trenches and fortifications and to strengthen its army. In December 2021, Russia continued to be lured by diplomacy by sending memorandum to the USA and its European satellites asking for the conclusion of security guaranty treaty. Without receiving any response from the West. Once more, Putin has been deceived when the Russian army withdrew from Kiev region instead of advancing Ukrainian capital Kiev and proceeding to regime change and the setting of friendly government to Moscow. This latest blunder of Putin has given the USA and NATO state members enough time to enhance their military positions in Ukraine while Russia’s Putin has the strength and the military force to defeat both Ukraine and the its western backers in the first two months of the current war. Since more than two decades Putin and Lavrov appear to have utopic and moralist vision of international relations purportedly based upon diplomacy and negotiations as the only means to resolve the conflicts while the opposite is true as the very lessons of history teach us that the relationships between the states since Westphalia are founded on the force and the use of military as the only means to resolve the conflicts.

Israeli attack on Iranian premises in Damascus and the Iranian retaliation are the latest example of double standard and variable-geometry in international relations. Inaction of the UNSC, meant to maintain peace and security among the members of the so called International community, leads to more trouble in the Middle East. Iran has justified its retaliatory attack against Israel by the blatant inertia of the UN Security Council for not condemning Israeli bloody attack in Damascus. Even in case of condemnation by the Security Council of Israeli attack on Iranian premises in Syria, considered with regard to the International law and the Vienna Convention of 1961 and 1963, as a part of Iranian territory located inside a foreign state, and in addition by referring to the article 51 of the UN charter, Iran had no intention to stop there and it was determined to avenge the assassination of the high ranking generals of IRGC. There is another hidden motivation of Iranian attack, showing its military capabilities to Israel first and behind intimidating the states of the Gulf mulling a military cooperation with the Jewish state.

What happened this night following Iran’s retaliatory attack in occupied Palestine has never been seen since October 6, 1973 when Sadat’s Egypt and Hafez Al Assad’s Syria jointly attacked Israel. Several videos show barrage of missiles launched from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen, hitting many targets in Palestinian territories without being stopped by Israeli Iron Dom. Despite US show of strength by sending its nuclear armada in the Middle east didn’t impress nor deter Iran for its retaliatory attack. What is new with Iran’s attack is the distance from which drones, cruise and ballistic missiles have been launched, going through more than thousand kilometres while the two Arab Israeli’s wars of June 6, 1967, and October 6, 1973 were opposing neighbouring states. The question that begs now is, what’s next? The first response is, undoubtedly, in the coming days and weeks, the conflict will escalate as the US,UK are preparing the military response with their protected child in the Middle East. In this case, the United States is committed to engage in a probable war with Iran and it will be unthinkable to do so while the West is currently engaged in its proxy war in Ukraine.

The western ruling class and its subservient mass media of communications take an ironic look at the Russian presidential elections illustrated by outrageous tone of the Belgian Charles Michel, president of the European Council who already “congratulated” Vladimir Putin for his landslide victory. That is to say that presidential elections in Russia are rigged while in the west, the elections are free and indisputable as the voters freely chose their president and their representatives. It is not in this chat one can refute the idea that western democracy is a full, real and genuine democracy, suffice to take some examples to show that it is not true that western political system is a democracy but as Aldous Huxley called a “prefect dictatorship”. First example, in the pure n**i tradition, Kiev n**i regime has already eliminated and exterminated opposition parties, socialist and communist representatives in the Rada were murdered or exiled in Russia and elsewhere. Second example, in the so called “American democracy”, the choice is not between republican or democratic candidates, but the choice between two candidates selected by the political establishment, the US big business and partisans of US imperialism. Third example, in France, the French people rejected by referendum on May 2005 the European constitutional project establishing and strengthening Brussels dictatorship but two years later, former president Sarkozy has squashed the popular vote, went to Lisbon in order to establish anyway the European treaty that governs today the European Union. Along the French voters, the Dutch and Irish voters rejected by referendum the current European treaty too.

It is bluntly a joke to say, as often hyped by the western mainstream media, the Russian military special operation launched two years ago has “imperialist ambitions”. This Russophobic western propaganda is hidden precisely the western imperialist goals, the perpetuation of more than five centuries of western colonialism and its share of massacre, looting the natural resources of colonized people and countries in Americas, Africa, the Middle east and extermination of indigenous populations. It is laugh stick to say that the biggest country on the map of the globe with area of 14,7 million KM² was launched a military operation in Ukraine, becoming over time a hybrid war between NATO member states and Russia, with the main goal, gleaning some 60 KM² from Ukrainian territory. The main trigger of current Ukraine proxy war is first and before all the neo n**i coup engineered by the United sates and European Union in 2014 using mercenaries neo n**i paramilitary shock troops and snipers who committed the massacre of Euromaidan and two months later by committing another massacre of Russian speaking populations in Odessa on May-4, 2014 leaving 42 dead burned alive in the trade Union house. The immediate objective of Euromaidan perpetrators was the suppression of the multinational character of Ukraine, as inherited from the Russian Revolution of 1917 and the decades of progress and development during Soviet Ukraine before and after World War Two. In Parallel to Odessa first resistance to Euromaidan coup, Crimea resisted and survived the coup thanks to the existence of an autonomous, regional government to which the population could turn for protection. Crimea was the only region of Ukraine to have such an autonomous government. This was and remains a legacy of the self-determination policies of the 1917 Russian Revolution. The ‘Autonomous Republic of Crimea’ survived the secession of Ukraine from the Soviet Union (USSR) in 1990-91 and became a thorn in the side of the nationalist government in Kiev that oversaw the transition of Ukraine’s planned economy under Soviet rule to today’s disastrous capitalist economy.

If we look and examine closely Putin’s State of the Nation speech on Thursday, contrary to the controversial opinions expressed by these pundits, If there's one thing that really stands out from this speech, how Russia could be integrated in global capitalism following the plethora of sanctions imposed by the US and the European Union following the Ukraine proxy war. Exactly as did China under the leadership of Deng Xiao Ping who smoothly transformed the communist Maoist China into disguised capitalism and connected the Chinese economy to global capitalism. Unfortunately for the peace in the world, the then two communist global powers that played key role in International relations and geopolitics and to moderate the appetite of unbridled western hegemony and its endless wars of aggression since the collapse of the USSR, become a mere economic and mercantile competitors looking for the way to do business as usual not to change the balance of power between the West and the rest of the world. It will be improbable that balance of power could shift in favour of Russia or China as today dominant currency, the US dollar represents 88% of total currencies exchanged daily all over the world and this US dollar hegemony will continue even for a decade.
