In December, FACTSTORY produced a new programme for , an entertaining TV game show, and not just on any subject: cinema! 🍿

Presented by , you will meet some exceptional guests who are sure to please as many people as possible. The first episode will feature Merwane Benlazar, Alex Ramirez, Laurie Perret and Jeremy Nadeau!

In teams of two, the guests will battle it out over movie references!

Here’s some backstage of our team covering, once again, the 2023 Red Sea Film Festival! 🎬

The Red Sea International Film Festival (RedSeaIFF) is an event that celebrate diverse films and foster cultural connections. The theme this year was "YOUR STORY, YOUR FESTIVAL," symbolizing inclusivity and creativity during the ten-day event for global filmmakers and audiences. The visual concept, inspired by camera movement notes in storyboards, had emphasized "YOU" as the hero of the story, highlighting the festival's commitment to diverse narratives.

Our team provided photo and video coverage of several days of the event, following filmmakers, actors and much more!

Some of FACTSTORY’s team members were invited on 20 November to the opening of FAO and exhibition: « Follow the Journey of the Seeds » in Rome.

In celebration of the Tenth Session of the Governing Body, the exhibit features examples from Intl Treaty's Benefit-sharing Fund projects and showcases how people, such as farmers, breeders, scientists and policymakers leverage seeds to adapt to climate change and other challenges. 🌱

This exhibition was a celebration of the achievements of people working with plant genetic resources to halt biodiversity loss and for climate adaptation, sustainable agriculture, improved livelihoods and food and nutrition security.

The inauguration of the Printemps Christmas windows is an annual event in Paris, expected throughout the year. The most festive decorations adorned once again the store facades, this year's theme was paper. The animated display featured winged messengers bearing letters expressing the wishes of people all around the world! 💌

FACTSTORY followed this inauguration, alongside an exceptional guest whom we had the privilege of interviewing about her experience with the famous Christmas windows: Catherine Deneuve.

From the discovery of the windows to the details of these creations, the FACTSTORY team offered video coverage of this magical event in Paris!

📹 “Vasa, The Ghost Warship”, FACTSTORY’s new 2x52’ documentary will premiere on ARTE on the 2nd of December, at 8:50 pm.

The documentary tells, in 2x52 minutes, the story of the Vasa, the exact moments from its launch to its sinking, and the stories of those on the ship, through the use of animations and 3D reconstructions.

Among already known discoveries, the filming of “Vasa, The Ghost Warship”, revealed new findings for those who spent years studying and searching for this Sweden ship. Treasures like a twin-warship, and rare canvas from Vitré…

On the 26th of November, FACTSTORY; in association with SEPPIA, SVT and ARTE G.E.I.E; presented its newest documentary "Vasa, Le Galion Fantôme" at a first screening of the recently inaugurated Musée National de la Marine, in Paris.

Guests had the chance to watch the two episodes of this documentary and enjoy a discussion with the directors and production teams who worked on the project.

The 2x52’ mini-series is available from 25 November on arte.tv and broadcast on 2 December on Arte.

We were on the set of ‘The Great Songwriters’, a new Pickx+ programme that presents portraits of exceptional musicians through their creative processes, their inspirations, unique performances and exclusive interviews.

Filmed in the iconic recording studios, Studios ICP, in Belgium, this new programme will give you insights into the music industry and make you discover new artists that you might learn to love!

Dive into the work of the Spotlight Initiative!

🎥 Earlier this year, FACTSTORY produced a video for the Spotlight Initiative program, a United Nations initiative in partnership with the European Union and others; such as UNFPA, UN Women and much more; taking actions to end violence against women and girls all over the world.

To end violence against women and girls in Mali, Spotlight focused its actions on various topics, such as including the empowerment of girls to combat forced marriages, female circumcision, and enforce the professional reintegration of vulnerable women…

More than 1,500 community-based mechanisms have been created since 2020.
The organisation is working with governments, civil society organisations, the media and other partners to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls by 2030. 🔝

Back on the set with ‘Les Grandes Impressions’! 🎥

The filming of the sports programme 'Les Grandes Impressions', produced by FACTSTORY and broadcast on Pickx+, resumed in October.

This month, Olivia and Sandy met up to film new episodes of the show, once again interviewing a number of sportsmen and sportswomen to shed light and share insights on different sports fields and sporting history that has left its mark on Belgium, and more specifically on the show's guests. 👟
