- 225 g unsalted butter, softened
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 220 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 360 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- 150 g Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
- 150 g caramel bits
- Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream the Butters and Sugars:
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla:
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

* 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
* 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
* 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
* Β½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
* Β½ cup chopped maraschino cherries (optional)
* 3 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

Crust:

* 1Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
* β…“ cup sugar
* 6 tbsp butter, melted

Garnish:

* Whipped cream
* Chopped pecans
* Whole cherries
* Toasted coconut (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the Crust:
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill 30 mins or bake at 350Β°F for 8–10 mins. Cool completely.

2. Drain Pineapple:
Strain and press out liquid. Pat dry.

1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Onion Gravy:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Hamburger Steaks:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
