Identity, Consent, and the Question of Separation
Should identity and separation ever be decided without broad consent?
There is a growing reality many people avoid discussing:
some individuals with Igbo heritage no longer openly identify as Igbo, while calls for Biafra and self-determination continue to surface.
This leads to important questions worth discussing calmly and honestly:
If separation were ever on the table, which states would truly choose it?
Should identity be imposed, or freely chosen?
Can self-determination exist without widespread agreement?
This is not about hate or division.
It’s about reality, consent, and informed dialogue.
Let’s discuss with respect, facts, and open minds.
