💡New insights 💡 for you on how European countries are promoting their films and series thanks to national law! And we have a new free database - OPUS - which lets you compare and contrast different national strategies. Try OPUS here: https://opus.obs.coe.int/
We're talking about the transposition of the hashtag articles which contain concrete measures for boosting audiovisual content:
▶️ At least 30% of European works in catalogues
▶️ Prominence of European works
▶️ Obligatory financial contributions from domestic/targeting services
▶️ Majority proportion of transmission times for European works
▶️ A minimum of 10% of tranmission time or budget for recent European independent works

How are these rules applied in each European country? Take a tour in OPUS and find out!
Justine Radel-Cormann manages OPUS.
