New Post Office Drop & Collect Branch Opening in Ash Village Center

A new Post Office service is coming to Ash later this month. This lighter, flexible branch format has been developed in partnership with Payzone to meet growing demand for parcel services. Customers will be able to access bill payments, mobile top-ups, and prepaid parcel collections and returns via a handheld device. The Post Offices notes that personal and business banking services will not be available at this location....

A new Post Office Drop & Collect branch opens at Ash Local, 242 Shawfield Road on 22 Jan 2026. Open daily 08:00–22:00 for parcels, bill payments, and top-ups.

Commuters in Ash Vale may soon receive long-awaited news on plans to make the station fully accessible. Local MP Sir Jeremy Hunt (Godalming and Ash) pressed the Transport Secretary for an update on the proposal to install step-free access at Ash Vale station. Improvements Completed at Harpers Recreation Ground

Ash Parish Council (APC) has completed the first of a series of significant upgrades at Harpers Recreation Ground. Residents of Ash and Ash Vale welcomed the New Year with a positive act of community spirit as volunteers came together on New Year’s Day for a clean-up around the Ash Vale Station area.
