Two-way signal lights will be placed on Ash Street. The works are scheduled between 11th November 2025 and 20th January 2026 (10 weeks). Surrey County Council is preparing to implement a Natural Flood Management (NFM) project across the Ash Military Ranges in summer 2026, with the goal of reducing flood risk in Ash and Ash Vale while enhancing the local environment. Natural Flood Management uses nature-based solutions such as temporary ponds (scrapes), woody leaky barriers, and restored wetlands to slow and store rainwater. These features replicate natural processes to reduce downstream flooding and improve water quality, carbon capture, and biodiversity....
