Drama & Performing Arts classes for ages 3-7 and 8-18 based in Aberdare, South Wales. JK's is an established performing arts academy based in Aberdare.

Opportunities for auditions for film and TV work via our agency JK's Management. JK's offers the following sessions;

Tuesdays or Thursdays
4.30pm-5.15pm: JK's Minis (ages 3-6)
5.15pm-6.00pm: JK's Midis (aged 7-11)
6.00pm-7.30pm: JK's Majors (ages 12-18)

Whether you are looking for a career in the arts or whether you would like to build your self-esteem and confidence, JK's encourage every st

udent to find their confidence and to express their creativity through performing arts. Our classes are led by experienced and qualified tutors with years of professional and teaching experience behind them and all tutors are DBS checked for your peace of mind. Classes are packed full of fun, laughter and imagination to bring out the best in every student. Extra classes will be held for students who want to participate in LAMDA examinations- we are pleased to boast a 100% pass rate. Students wishing to be signed to our management agency to be chosen for film and TV work and auditions have the option to do so- our agency website is www.jks.management

Tuesday Class Showcase done and dusted! Well done to every single one of you! What a fantastic job you all did! That was a HOW TO on how to cram as many musicals as the students wanted into one showing…. Super well done to you all! See you all next week for some chaos and fun before we finish for half term! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thursdays… you’ve got some outshining to do.. because the Tuesdays definitely shone bright!

Cinderella 2024 - Completed it mate!

Thank you all for your support today and for watching our (dress rehearsal) performances!!

We all wanted to say a HUGE Well Done to every single one of them! The smiles said it all- how much they love being up there. They’ve worked so hard in class the past few weeks and every single one deserves a McDonald’s and a big round of applause.

A massive thank you to our brilliant staff, dressers and chaperones - Carrieann, Gemma, Emma P, Emma S, Jess, Armarni, Rachel and Anna and to Amelia, Alfie, Nerys, Lexi-Ella and Erin J for being top tech help, prompts and helpers today (and for all the morning coffee!!) to Gtaylor.images for photography today- we will send the link to you when they are ready!

Thank you to Stage-Vision UK for perfect tech as always and to Cwmaman Arts Centre and the amazing volunteers that help it to improve with funding every year.

Thank you to Gavin Nelson for writing yet another smashing Panto. Parent jokes that go over the kids head are my favourite! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Thank you mostly to you lovely parents/grandparents/guardians who bring your children every week (in all weathers!!) and for trusting us with your children- who are amazing! Thank you for all of the gifts too!!

We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and an even better New Year! We will be back the second week of January with OPEN ENROLMENT and ready for some fun classes before rehearsals for the next show in July!
