put your soul into your body
Sliding into the daily grind
becoming mama, woman, she.

She, they assume, has it all
‘Look at her, stress free’ they say
‘It must come easy for one like her’
Ah but that’s not how you found your way

Behind the eyes, where you reside
A vast library of tales untold
Chapters you’ll never read out loud
The ones that made you bold.

Wild woman forged in fire
Foundation’s dark & deep,
They are scared of a wild like you

Stardust woman, in human form

To celebrate the Spring Equinox, we’re opening the silks for a special Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop inspired by the element of Air.

This uplifting session is designed to help you explore something new in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Float into gentle aerial movements, build strength and balance in the hammock, and experience the beautiful sensation of being supported in the air.

We’ll then slow everything down with a mini sound bath, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind as the new season begins.

No experience is needed — this gathering is created especially for complete beginners.

I am a wild woman
I know, in spite of myself
and in spite of what I've been told
