is a dutch 🇳🇱 DJ/producer located in Basel, Switzerland🇨🇭and loves to play jazzy, funky & original housetunes. As a producer, he lets himself inspire by the diverse range of sounds in electronic and jazz music. Occasionally, he connects to his roots in hiphop, flipping jazz-
samples for some smooth beats under his first alias Francois Boulanger.

Ministry of Sound Classical - Warm Up Mix

Playing to a sold out 7k crowd has certainly been our “pinch me” moment on the L👀k Busy Collective journey to date. ⭐

We love the art of warm up DJ’s. We started at doors open and enjoyed watching the crowd build to capacity when we came off. allowed us to stay on for an extra 3 songs to soak it up even more. 🤩

The term “Classics” can mean different things to different people. Despite the brief, we wanted to showcase what our collective is about, whilst avoiding upstaging Mr Oakenfold & orchestra who followed us with hit after hit.
Perhaps not everything you hear In this mix you will know and that’s exactly what we wanted - to blend classic house edits & remixes with our own stamp!

We were super proud of the outcome and the feedback we received. Want to thank again all the staff and our pal for trusting in us to open up this sold out event!

We have kept in touch with .cayon since he featured on 201 of our series. So when he got in touch with the offer of a new mix and we got our ears around it, we just had to feature him one again.

The man hailing from General Roca in the Patagonia region of Argentina 🇦🇷 delivers a sultry blend of house, nu disco, funk and soul which is perfect for kicking back on these long summer evenings or equally topping up your tan by the pool on holiday. ☀️ 😎

Wow. What can we say after Saturday night?!

A huge thanks to and for having us open the event on the big stage before and the orchestra, and especially to the operational and technical teams for making it all happen so smoothly (including moving the entire booth back into the stage mid-set when the rain started hitting the CDJs and mixer). An even bigger thanks to for making it all happen in the first place.

The biggest shout-out, though, has to go to everyone who came down from the gates opening to see us in the pouring rain, especially our friends and family who were dancing, cheering and filming our set throughout. And to those who had no clue who we were, thank you for taking the chance. We hope you had as much fun as we did. It really was amazing to be part of such a big event for the city.

Now we've had a taste of the big stage, we want more! If you know of any events or festivals that need some early doors vibes, but without the DJs upstaging the headliners, you know who to call!! 😂

Our “Scene Selectors” series focusses on local legends, promoters, grafters and DJs in the Scottish underground doing things the way they should be done!

This week we welcome the mighty .klub

Herd is a gaggle of sick dudes shelling wicked heat out of a humble cauldron in Aberdeen. They specialise in curating the finest tech house, prog and deep cuts the silver city has to offer, all mixed dubiously by the 4 sexy residents.

It’s an everyone is welcome, grassroots, class as f*ck, 128kbps speed garage edit friendly, full of 90s tech, pack spare pants sorta party.

Their next party is on the 18th of July with special guest - one not to miss!
