There are now 40 poems to read at Poets for Peace. It's a new platform and here is their aim:- 'Many gaze in silent and impotent rage on the ongoing atrocities and carnage in Gaza and elsewhere in the world. We want to provide a space here for poets to share their words and to stand in solidarity with all those who face violence and oppression.' Caroline's latest film poem is below, check out all the other wonderfully moving contributions. Keep speaking out for Gaza.❤️

Happy Birthday Sir David Attenborough! At 99 he is still producing ground-breaking work and exploring the wonders of this beautiful and extraordinary planet, which we are lucky enough to call home. Surely no human will ever have done more to help us to understand it, or more passionately communicate the urgency to protect it. We use the word legend too lightly these days and in his case the word is completely inadequate.

Next time you are out and about on one of Scotland's 43 National Nature Reserves you will bump into some of their brilliant specialist reserve staff. Everyday, in all weathers, they are working to protect and maintain 154,250 hectares of Scotland's most beautiful, unique and threatened wildlife and habitats. From the smallest to the largest; mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish to insects, molluscs, plants, flowers and fungi, including: Water Voles, Red Squirrels, Pine Martens, Wild Cats, Otters, Seals, Dolphins, Puffins, Little Tern, Eider Duck, Golden and White-tailed Eagles, Fresh Water Pearl Mussels, Marsh Fritillary Butterflies and Killarney Fern, to name just a tiny selection. Not all heroes wear capes. May the 4th be with you!💚💙
