You don't have to show your face to tell your story.

I love detail photographs.

The curve of a shoulder. Hands. Lace. A tattoo. The way the light falls across skin.

They become beautiful little chapters within an album and they can also give clients the option of remaining completely anonymous if they ever choose to let me share something from their session.

Your privacy matters enormously at DND.

Having a session does not mean your photographs will appear on social media. What you choose to share, if anything at all, is entirely up to you. Thank you to my wonderful clients who have let me share these!!

Before you become a wife...

There's a photograph I think we forget to take around weddings.

We photograph the bride getting ready.

The dress.

The flowers.

The ceremony.

The two of you together.

But what about her?

The woman in that strange, exciting little space between the life she's been living and the next chapter she's about to begin.

That's one of the things I love about Bridal Bo***ir.

Yes, we can incorporate your veil, your wedding shoes, your flowers and all those little details you've spent months choosing.

But underneath all of that, I'm photographing you.

Not just somebody's bride.

You.

And years from now, when you open your album, I want you to remember exactly how it felt to be this version of yourself.

Excited. Strong. A little nervous perhaps.

I love photographs that make you look twice.

These aren't about showing everything. They aren't even really about what she is wearing.

They're about mood.

Softness.

A moment that feels almost private, even though you're looking at it.

That is much closer to how I see bo***ir photography.

When I created Do Not Disturb, I never wanted it to be about performing sexiness for the camera. There is a huge difference between being photographed in lingerie and creating photographs for someone else's gaze.

DND is about the woman in the photograph.

How she feels. How she wants to be seen. What she wants to reveal and what she would rather keep just for herself.

Sometimes the most sensual photograph from an entire session barely shows anything at all.

That is the beauty of it.

One thing every bride needs to know about bo***ir

Your photographs are PRIVATE.....

Booking a Bridal DND session does not mean you're agreeing to have photographs of yourself appearing on my social media.

I only share photographs when I have permission to do so.

You might be completely happy for me to share everything.

You might let me share a few of the more covered photographs but keep the rest just for you.

Or you might decide that absolutely nobody other than you and your partner will ever see them.

All three are absolutely fine with me.

This is a very personal experience and you remain in control of what is shared.

So if you've secretly fancied doing this but the thought of your photographs appearing online has been stopping you, please don't let it.

Some of my favourite DND sessions are ones you'll never see. ❤️
