We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join The Media Agency and help lead strategy, campaigns and client relationships across a growing portfolio.

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm) for someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working closely with clients, and knows how to deliver results across digital channels.

Abergavenny Town Council wanted a modern, accessible online presence that served the needs of its community. Working closely with their team, we delivered a website that brings clarity, functionality, and ease of use to the forefront.

Built with a strong focus on user experience, the new platform provides residents with faster access to essential information, streamlined event updates, and a more intuitive navigation structure.

The results speak for themselves. Within our first year, we achieved:
◾️ 7.3K visits since launch
◾️ 60K event views, demonstrating strong community engagement
◾️ 19K page views across key areas of the site

This collaborative project has helped the Council move confidently into a more digital, environmentally aware future, offering a central hub that supports transparency, communication, and local engagement.
