Lancashire police are appealing for information after a jewellers was targeted on Warner Street in Accrington.

At 8.30pm on August 10th 2026, 3 masked men drove their vehicle into a shop front in accrington.

The vehicle a Grey Volvo estate was reported just hours before the burglary driving antisocially around Accrington.

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts the thieves finally managed to gain entry and steal a small amount of jeweller but caused extensive damage to the building.

The vehicle was later found on heron way in oswaldtwistle burnt out

An investigation is ongoing and police are asking for any information or footage from the accrington area on Aug 10th to contact 101
