A family day out in Forres is a day well spent.
Grant Park has a vibrant playpark, situated right next to the wonderful Mathers, where you can enjoy ice cream and their stunning mural.
Next, you can explore the pretty gardens, say ‘hi’ to Ben, the wooden piper, see the beautiful wooden carving in honour of Sir Alexander Grant and you’ll also come face to face with a unicorn and enjoy the floral displays lovingly created by Forres In Bloom.
Once you have completed that, you can explore the tracks around Cluny Hill – you might even find Helge’s Hole and even spot a dragon.
Your final destination on Cluny Hill HAS to be Nelson’s Tower – which you can climb to enjoy the views from the top.

Highlight of the Week from Moira’s garden:-)

There’s something so effortlessly fresh about the combination of Anaphalis and Geranium. The cool tones are calming and elegant, but it’s the way they interact that really stands out. The geranium weaves gently through the soft, silvery clusters of anaphalis, complementing each other in both color and form.
