The restaurant invited me to try their brand new dish – Lamb Rosh, a slow-cooked Afghani delicacy that takes 3–4 hours to prepare. This dish is like a roasted lamb and potato masterpiece – tender, flavorful, and cooked in minimal spices for that authentic, rustic taste.

Alongside the Lamb Rosh, I also tried an incredible Mix Grill Platter featuring:
