Join me as I visit one of my favourite Afghani/Pakistani restaurants in Tooting, London, for an exclusive food review! š½ļø
The restaurant invited me to try their brand new dish ā Lamb Rosh, a slow-cooked Afghani delicacy that takes 3ā4 hours to prepare. This dish is like a roasted lamb and potato masterpiece ā tender, flavorful, and cooked in minimal spices for that authentic, rustic taste.
Alongside the Lamb Rosh, I also tried an incredible Mix Grill Platter featuring:

And of course, I couldnāt leave without tasting their famous Kabuli Pilou ā an aromatic rice dish with raisins, carrots, and tender meat, perfectly balancing sweet and savoury flavours.
