Today we'd like to introduce you to the lovely Hannah!

Hannah’s one of those people who quietly makes everything run just that little bit smoother around here.

Officially she’s Assistant to The Boss, supporting David, Impact’s Founder and CEO, and working alongside Sam to bring the Kelsick Grammar vision to life.

From co-working and meeting room bookings to making sure events go off without a hitch, Hannah has a hand in it all and always does it with a smile.

When we asked what she loves most about being here, she couldn’t narrow it down (we don’t blame her).
• The ever-changing views from the office, there’s always something new to notice.

Cheeky throwback to this time last month, when over £3000 was raised by amazing Impact staff to fund a children’s holiday for disadvantaged young people in Cumbria!

On the 13th–14th September our team took on something truly incredible. Starting from our global HQ at Kelsick Grammar in Ambleside at 6am on Saturday, colleagues from across the world joined together to cover 160km across the Lake District – by running, cycling, swimming, kayaking, skiing, paddleboarding and even climbing! 💪

The funds raised from this weekend will help us continue to make that holiday a reality – giving local kids an experience they’ll never forget.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported, or donated. Your energy, kindness, and generosity mean the world. Together, we’re creating memories that will last a lifetime!

It's and at Kelsick Grammar, we believe looking after our wellbeing is as important as getting the work done.

That’s why, on the last Monday of every month, we start the day a little differently - with a Wellbeing Hour.

Work begins an hour later, at 10am and all the team are encouraged to take an hour for themselves.

Whether that's to rest, head to the gym, go for a massage, spend extra time with your family or going for a walk.
