You may recognise this lovely lady from some of our co-working photos and videos - Introducing Natalie Barker from M&M Business Support.

Natalie works with founders, agencies and sales team members in growing businesses to help them stay organised, improve follow-up and keep opportunities moving with lead management, pipeline visibility and nurturing support. She's one of our regular co-workers here at Kelsick and always has lovely things to say about her visits so we thought we'd share a lovely bit of feedback from Natalie recently.

While our home is right here in the heart of Ambleside, we’re part of something much bigger. 🌍

It all started around a kitchen table in the Lake District back in 1980.

Now, Kelsick Grammar is the official headquarters and one of two UK offices for the global organisation, Impact.

Impact has offices across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, working with organisations all over the world.

With more than 400 people across the global business, Impact helps over 40,000 people learn and grow every year.

We might have a global reach, but we’re still incredibly proud to call Ambleside home. 🫶

In 1996 we founded Impact Aid: the charitable arm of Impact now based here at Kelsick Grammar.

It's the community driven fundraising and support which enables us to give back and create a force for good.

Our aim was simple: to support a diverse range of charitable causes that make a real difference to the lives of ordinary people. 🫶

Since then, our team has raised over £100,000 and supported 200+ charities and counting!
