NOTICE :
Whilst we try our best not to charge for cleaning and fair wear and tear:
If this is how you return a machine to us.
Please DO NOT hire from us.
Broken door, bent and damaged guards, damaged hoses, empty of hydraulic oil and stuck in a bog all due to poor operator awareness and skill, undercarriage, kingpost and buckets full of material.
We do not care if you hire 10 machines a week, disrespect to our property will immediately see a block on all hire.
This machine was recovered over a 2 hour period from the bog and cost significant time and money to repair ready to go back on hire, of which the hirer believed was not his financial responsibility and why we ended the hire on call-out.
ALL call outs for operator error issues/ damages / tip overs are unfortunately chargeable and payment will be required on repair and before the hire continues.
In the unlikely event of Any non operator machine fault, assistance is as always covered by us.
Our drivers, operators and engineers are on hand to assist throughout your hire and to ensure things go as smooth as possible.
If you are not confident in your ability to operate a machine and return it in the condition it was delivered, please ask for our operated rates when hiring.
