📢 Important Update: CD/DVD Orders & Reduced Hours (16th Sept – 1st Oct)

We are still open and processing your CD/DVD orders! However, please note that we are operating on reduced hours from 16th September until 1st October.

Please read the following important updates before placing your order:

💿 Production & Turnaround: Orders are being processed, but lead times will take approximately 1–3 weeks to complete.

⚠️ No Deadlines: We are strictly not accepting any deadlines or rush orders during this time. Please do not place an order if it is time-critical.
📧 Communication: Our team is busy in the workshop, so we are operating on email only.

🕒 Response Times: Emails are monitored for a short window once a day. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply.

🎄 Important Update: Christmas & New Year Order Deadlines (2025) 🎄

To guarantee your orders are processed before Christmas, please make a note of our last order dates and holiday schedule below. We recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

🗓️ Last Order Dates (UK):

Friday, 5th December (by 12:00 PM GMT): Last date for custom media products (digipaks, digifiles, lancing packs, digisleeves).

Wednesday, 17th December (by 12:00 PM GMT): Last date for all other online services.
Orders placed after these times will be processed when we reopen in the New Year.

🚚 Holiday Closure:
We will be closed from Tuesday, 23rd December 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026.
Any orders received during this period will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon our return.
