Today, we were delighted to welcome new customers to our state-of-the-art showroom and testing facility here in Leicestershire.

Our clients, who are also based in Leicestershire, visited us to explore the TN700 ‘Duo’ Meat Press and Stuffer, and to learn more about our wider range of innovative meat processing machinery.

Our very own industry professional, Stuart Clarke, was on hand to demonstrate the range and help them gain a deeper understanding of what TruNet Automation has to offer.

Some potential new customers are asking what we mean when we talk about our patented Total Control Netting and it’s unique two nets in one construction. So here we have added some colours and taken it apart for clarity.

3 nettings in the photo, the top one is an elastic netting to give compression.

The large, middle one is a control netting, it’s non elastic with a fixed size (based on the customer requirements) that NEVER alters.

The bottom one is both of the previous nettings when knitted together.

That is our patented TCN netting and that is why it is the only elastic netting commercially available that does not rely on the elongation of its covered rubber to give it its sizing. This is why our customers love TCN. Less waste, more profit.

Spot the imposter ……….

TruNet’s Patented Total Control Net is 2 nets produced as one, there is no other produced like this on the market, nor is there one that does exactly what this net does.

The first net, a non elastic net is made to exactly control the fixed diameter chosen by the customer. The second is elasticated to give the required level of compression, this again selected by the customer.

This netting here was specked as follows 160mm outer Elasticated, 140 inner control.

All other nettings commercially available rely on flat width.

No casing, fibrous, plastic or collagen is used here under the netting, the netting alone is controllling the calibre.
