As approaches, we’re celebrating the experiences of event professionals who’ve joined us over the years. This week, Matt Foreman looks back on his journey, from organising his first event at just 14 to meeting inspiring people and gaining fresh perspectives at Event Buyers Live 2016.

Event Buyers Live is proud to reveal a new charity partner for EBL25.

Neil F**g, co-founder of EBL, explained: “Every year, EBL supports a charity and moving forward (after three years supporting Mental Health UK), we have chosen to support the British Heart Foundation. Over the last few months, I have spoken to people I admire and trust who encouraged me to focus on a charity that 'speaks to you emotionally' and for that reason, we’re so, so proud to support BHF.”

This year, the hosted buyer event is raising vital funds for the British Heart Foundation. But that’s not all. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in essential CPR and defibrillator training on the final day, too.

Let’s unite as to support and raise funds for this amazing charity❤️
