The last day of my Big Tour of England, day 62. I will tot up the total mileage, but my guess is about 1900. 21 miles plus a parkrun today, so the shortest day of the tour, as intended as there was time to chat with Sky News in the morning with the some lovely supporters and the cathedral team this afternoon. . Yesterday was a big hilly 47 miles which left me a little bit spaced out, so a great recovery today.
This has been a wonderful challenge, uplifting and exhausting. I could not have even considered it without Vicki Lloyd and could not have kept going without my family, friends and running supporters.
Time now to reflect.
I am very grateful to have had this incredible experience,and thankful for every encouragement that I have received along the way.
