Tomorrow marks the start of another incredible week of Diversity Challenge events, and we couldn't be more excited.

Over the next few days, we'll be bringing together hundreds of participants from across the rail, logistics and construction industries for three events that celebrate teamwork, inclusion and the power of diverse thinking.

- The Big Rail Diversity Challenge enters its 10th year.
- The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge returns for its 7th year.
- Big Construction Diversity Challenge continues to grow in its 2nd year.

At Nimble Media, we are immensely proud to have delivered these events over the last decade, welcoming more than 8,000 participants and creating thousands of opportunities for people to connect, collaborate and champion diversity within their industries.

What began as a single event has grown into a movement that continues to inspire positive change and demonstrate that diverse teams are better for people, better for business and better for industry.

We were proud to once again support the Women in Rail Awards 2026, held at the iconic Roundhouse, Camden.

An incredible evening bringing together over 740 rail professionals to celebrate the individuals and organisations driving real change across gender balance, diversity, and inclusion in the UK rail industry.

From the inspiring stories shared on stage to the powerful sense of unity in the room, it was a privilege for the Nimble Media team to work in close partnership with Women in Rail to help deliver and capture such a meaningful event, both behind the scenes and on the night.

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners, highly commended, and shortlisted nominees, and a sincere thank you to all sponsors and attendees who continue to champion progress across the sector.

We’re already looking forward to celebrating again at the Women in Rail Awards 2027.

We are taking part in the Franklins £50 Challenge to raise money for The Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation, supporting better mental health services for children and young people.

So we are turning £50 into something spectacular.

Hosted by the fabulous Gladys Carpet-Bowles, this karaoke night will be anything but ordinary.

Over the past five years, Rutland and Stamford Sound has become a fantastic voice for the local community - bringing people together with great music, local news, and a real passion for the area it serves.

It’s been brilliant to see the station grow and connect with so many listeners, local organisations and businesses. Everyone at Nimble Media has really enjoyed supporting the station along the way and seeing the impact it continues to have across the community.
