Graham Janes has since been charged with the murder of Colin Lawson and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm (ABH) relating to the same evening. He remains in custody on remand and is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court for a pre-trial and plea hearing on Wednesday 17th September.
