Oh My God. Legally Blonde: The Musical was a showstopper! Every single seat was full 🎭 Thank you for having us Aylesbury Waterside Theatre 💖 We highly recommend booking tickets to see the wonderful Elle, played by Amber Davies.

We felt so privileged to witness Louie Wood’s debut performance as Emmett, and Raiaz Fisher’s debut as Enid. You were both outstanding! 👏🏻 We also loved seeing Keanna Bloomfield play Paulette, you were incredible 💕

We’ve followed Hannah Lowther on TikTok since lockdown when she was doing theatre routines at Tesco. It was so great to finally see her live on stage! 🙌🏻

Book now to avoid missing out: If evening shows are sold out, there are still some great seats left for the matinees! 🎟️✨

If you’re after the best spa experience to treat yourself or a loved one to, then we can definitely suggest having a Japanese head spa at Haringtons Amersham

We’ve just got back to the office after indulging in a little “me time” and it’s a tough one to get back to working (is social media working?).

Our Japanese head spa was expertly given by Rekha who gently massaged, cleansed and soothed our hair and scalp into a place it hasn’t been for a very long time. The sound of the water, the fragrance of the products and the warm comfy bed all added up to a luxurious experience like no other.

We then moved onto a fabulous cut and blow dry with Richard who quickly had us chatting all things health (who knew we’d both have a love of Kerrygold UK Bold Bean Co Riverford to name a few)

Jackie was quick to make sure we’d had the experience we were after which we most definitely had.

We’re ready now to head to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre for tonight’s performance of we need just a nice frock and some lippy and we’re good to go.

Thank you to the team at Haringtons Amersham for making us feel very welcome and relaxed and special and … need we go on? Go and treat yourselves!

We had a wonderful time at the Bourne End Junior Craft Show this morning looking at the hundreds of creative entries from 4-16 year olds. Such talent!

Well done to the organisers who deserve a 🥇themselves for running this annual event for local children. Their dedication to putting on this event gets a big thumbs up from all the children who entered.

Everything Elephant was the theme this year for one of the categories, with the regular categories of drawing, painting, model making, junk, needlecraft, photography, cupcake making, digital art and collage also receiving lots of entries.

Here’s a selection of entries for you to see.

Well done to all who entered, you’ve inspired us!

Experience the sights, sounds and traditions of a harvest festival at Chiltern Open Air Museum on 26 and 27 September, from 10am to 5pm. There will be children’s activities with the Three Rivers Museum Trust.

Discover how harvest was once celebrated, learn about the history of farming and explore the museum’s traditional working farm. Visitors can have a go at apple pressing and buy bottles of apple juice made from heritage apples grown in the museum’s orchards. In the museum’s cottage, bakers will demonstrate how to make a traditional harvest loaf.

A Ransomes threshing machine will be in action, you can meet the working heavy horses and find out how they helped with traditional farming practices. Discover the important role of the sheep dog in managing the museum’s flock of Oxford Down sheep.

A traditional harvest display will showcase produce grown in the ‘Dig for Victory’ allotment and elsewhere across the site.

There will be colourful Morris dancing, horse and cart rides, and demonstrations of traditional crafts; including flax spinning and traditional woodwork. At the Victorian forge, visitors can discover what the blacksmith is making.

In addition to the Harvest event, visitors can explore the museum’s 45-acre site, go inside historic homes, play in the adventure playground and lots more. The event is suitable for the whole family.

Utter brilliance - the best party to go to! Our third time of seeing this show and it just gets better and better. You’ll be smiling from the minute it starts, and maybe have a tear in your eye at some stage too. What a bunch of superbly talented men, a choir of man they are indeed! Loved it 🥰

Every member of the cast, the people picked out of the audience, the behind the scenes production and theatre staff made the whole evening an unforgettable experience. Thank you

And we were treated to a special performance from two local choirs joining the men with their rendition of Chandelier. This is a regular feature of the tour. Such a poignant moment for all involved.

Can we just mention Gustav from Riga, Latvia who is ridiculously funny to watch and having just visited Riga we know exactly why ❤️
