It only looks effortless because you never see the work.
A social media post might take someone a few seconds to scroll past.
But before it appears, I may have:
👉🏻 Read the latest property news.
👉🏻 Checked the facts, figures or legislation.
👉🏻 Considered whether it is genuinely relevant to the client.
👉🏻 Found an angle that hasn’t already been repeated everywhere.
👉🏻 Written it for that agency’s particular audience.
👉🏻 Matched their voice, values and location.
👉🏻 Created the imagery.
👉🏻 Checked the details.
👉🏻 Published it at the right time.
And then I do it all again 👉🏻 for a completely different agency with a completely different audience.
I don’t create one generic content calendar and sell it repeatedly with a different logo attached.
One client may need authoritative lettings and compliance content. Another needs thoughtful commentary about its local property market. Another speaks directly to young London renters. Another needs fast, effective marketing for every new instruction.
That is what bespoke social media actually means.
You may only see the finished post.
I see the research, judgement, experience and care that went into making sure it could only belong to that particular business.
