You might’ve noticed I’ve been quiet on here lately. To be honest life looks very different for me these days.
For the past four months, I’ve been adjusting to life without my anxiety and ADHD meds, and it’s been tough. Really tough. I no longer have the energy to perform for social media or be “on” 24/7 and I’ve realised that’s okay.
So, I’ve made the decision to step away from social media management and mentoring for the foreseeable future.
The good news? My new venture, has taken off better than I imagined. It’s slower, gentler, and fits around my health needs. And right now, that is what matters most.
I’m not leaving social media completely—I’ll still offer voluntary support here and there, and I’ll keep this page open to share the odd helpful post when it feels right.
