Over 100 comments on a FB post that went out, over 200 new followers and lots of self care...

We have had more amazing wins come through from client work:

📲 Lots of new enquiries and comments on FB posts - these posts are focused on reaching new local ideal clients. They are strategically created to nurture and connect before sharing something linked to bookings, classes or events so that when we do share we get the leads and bookings for clients.
👯‍♀️ New followers for clients but these are local people who can actually book with them. We’re seeing lots of new faces on our client’s socials, attracting new clients every week!

I have also spent lots of time focusing on my new service I will be launching soon, this aligns perfectly with exactly what I want to support clients with and means I can share so much more in lots of detail with so many more businesses which is super exciting. This is coming soon but if you’re intrigued just message me and I’ll fill you in on everything 🤫🤩

I’ve also been focusing on self care too... I have been building new habits over the last few weeks. I’ve managed to lose 10lbs, I feel so much better in myself especially with the new hair too 💁🏼‍♀️ I have also caught up on some amazing masterclasses I’ve been meaning to watch for a while and have taken so much from them all.

This week I’m meeting clients, sending proposals to potential new clients and spending lots of time with my girls 🫶🏼 It’s all about balance!

Have the BEST week 🫶🏼✨

We need to dig a little deeper into this...

You’re already spending so much time on your marketing already with Instagram and you’ve tried Facebook but it just isn’t working. As business owners we don’t have time to waste on things that don’t work BUT if you’re a location-based business and you’re saying Facebook doesn’t work for you I’m guessing you’re doing at least one if not all 3 of these things:

👉🏼 Re-sharing a post from you page directly into community groups
👉🏼 Joining FB groups simply because they’re local to you and you’re trying to reach local ideal clients.
👉🏼 Posting something about your most recent offer again. This type of post may get some engagement when posted once (if admins haven’t already declined it) BUT if that’s all you’re posting the traction will stop and people will get tired of seeing the same thing.

The 3 things I’m about to share will begin to show you that Facebook marketing DOES WORK for your location-based business and has worked for my clients including Pilates Studio owners, yoga studio owners, gym owners and bridal boutiques.

1️⃣ Take the time to research the groups you are posting in, make sure they are worth your time and effort and have active members.
2️⃣ Plan your posts. Don’t constantly share the same graphic or offers, make it valuable to your audience.
3️⃣ Engage within the groups. Connect with people who are local to your business location.

If you want to learn more about increasing your enquiries and bookings using Facebook marketing DM me ‘FACEBOOK’ so we can have a chat about how it would work for your business.

Celebrating a week filled with client wins and family time 🫶🏼

We’ve seen so many new client wins from Facebook that I have to share with you so you can see how vital it is to use Facebook groups as a location-based business.

👉🏼 One client has had two of her events sell out and we’re already getting enquiries for her third. She also had 20 enquiries from one post about her yoga and Pilates classes. These posts are planned strategically using my proven framework that helps bring in consistent weekly enquiries.

👉🏼 One of my clients also saw a big increase in DMs. Just a few minutes after I posted in Facebook groups for her, she had instant enquiries landing straight in her inbox. This is the beauty of Facebook, you’re literally reaching people in your area who are already looking for you, they just don’t know you exist yet.

👉🏼 Another client had over 1 million views on Facebook, with over 4,000 people clicking through to view her website or booking link. She came to me wanting to reach the right audience and we’re finally doing just that. She’s seeing new faces and connecting with the right demographic.

Last week wasn’t just about work though. It was also full of family time. We visited Christmas markets, went to a light switch-on and ate loads of gorgeous food. One massive reason I started this business when I had Esme was to be able to do these things every week with my family and really enjoy the little moments 💕

I also made some time for myself... got to Pilates, went to the gym, had a fresh set of nails done and started planning something BRAND NEW that I’ll be introducing soon. It’s all about helping you create content that brings in weekly enquiries and gets those bookings filled.

I can’t wait to see what this week brings. Let me know your plans in the comments 👇🏼

190 bookings in one week… here’s what we did👇🏼

You’re opening your dream Pilates studio. You’ve poured everything into it...your time, energy, and savings, to get it absolutely perfect.

And that should also include getting your marketing on social media absolutely right 👌🏼

You decide to invest in a social media manager to:
✨ Set up a brand-new Instagram from scratch making sure your bio, name, links, highlights and pinned posts are on point.
✨ Plan and create strategic content that will attract new clients to your Pilates studio and generate bookings.

This was my client’s dream and she was determined to make it work 👇🏼

We started with an in-depth call to map out:
🎯 Her business goals and what she really wanted to achieve from us working together
👌🏼 A clear picture of her ideal client so we could nail the messaging on her socials
💬 A plan of action, an introduction to her client portal and an outline of how everything works in detail

We worked on her personal brand. Shared behind the scenes, took our ever growing audience on the journey with us, shared talking reels to build trust and connection and showcased exactly what clients felt when they stepped through those doors 🫶🏼

This resulted in 190 bookings in just one week! This wasn’t by chance. We:
✅ Marketed directly to her ideal clients.
✅ Created a clear content strategy aligned with her goals.
✅ Mastered her messaging to connect with her audience.

The bookings didn’t stop there. She had full classes and events, clients came back week after week and we continued to attract new faces 👏🏼 She had a vision and with a solid strategy in place, it has come to life beautifully.

If you’re a Pilates studio owner who wants to stand out, be fully booked and become the go to Pilates instructor but you need support to make it happen on social media....DM me ‘MANAGEMENT’ and let’s chat about how I can help you bring it all together 🫶🏼

You know the ones I mean. They fill their events in minutes, never need to throw out last-minute offers or sales to attract clients.

Their grid posts are packed with comments from regular clients and their classes are full of people who come back again and again, not ones leaving to try the studio down the road.

Loyalty is everything when it comes to client retention and building a community is a massive part of earning that trust & loyalty.

Right now you feel like you’re doing it all, posting daily, showing up on stories, talking to camera, your feed looks stun 👌🏼 but the one thing you’re forgetting about or you aren’t doing effectively is engaging with your audience.

You should be replying to comments (properly and in good time), getting to know your audience by showing up in their comments, responding to stories, asking questions… actually starting conversations.

I want you to set aside time this week, even just 10 minutes a day, to engage with your audience. If you do this consistently and genuinely you’ll see a change. Real connection builds trust and trust builds loyalty!

If I see another reel or post telling you the best days and times to post & that they’re the same for everyone… I’m going to delete Instagram!

Okay, I’m being a bit dramatic & I probs won’t for obvious reasons but I am sick of all the contradicting information out there about when you should post. 🙄

I saw a reel the other day saying, “Post at these times on these days for the best views and engagement,” and a client recently asked me, “When’s the best time to post? I keep seeing people on Insta say certain times are better but they’re all different.”

The thing is the best time to post is completely unique to you, your business and your ideal client. If my ideal client was a mum, for example, I’d be thinking about her…

👉🏼 When is she likely to be on her phone scrolling?
👉🏼 When does she have the time to actually stop and read what I’ve written?
👉🏼 When might she be actively searching for someone like me?

It’s also about you...

👉🏼 When’s best for you to post and engage?
👉🏼 What fits with your schedule without making you feel like it’s all too much and you’re just posting for the sake of it?

Aim to post with purpose at least three times a week. More if you can but don’t run yourself into the ground trying to keep up. Give yourself a break. Post when your ideal client is likely to be online and as often as feels sustainable, enough to stay consistent without it all getting too much so you don’t post for weeks on end!

Hope this takes some of the pressure off 🫶🏼

That moment when you’ve listed to several instructions in one go and you realise you have a real lack of an attention span.

Suddenly everyone moves into position on their Reformer and you’re not even sure whether you should have your feet in straps, a ball in your hand or which colour springs you should have on 🤣

Tell me I’m not the only one 😜💁🏼‍♀️

My Local Loop Framework can take your business from minimal enquiries to consistent weekly enquiries that lead to bookings.

I’m not saying this without proof! I tested my framework on my own business before I even considered applying it to clients’ to make sure it worked. And it worked effectively and consistently. This is the exact framework I follow to gain clients for myself and for my clients.

❌ You’re not struggling for enquiries because your studio isn’t up to scratch or your classes aren’t as good as someone else’s down the road.
✅You’re struggling because social media can feel like a minefield!

You’re posting consistently but without a strategy. You’re trying to think up new ways to bring in more bookings every month. You’re questioning your price point and whether you should charge less.

You’ve got the knowledge and training when it comes to teaching Pilates and running a studio but social media is a struggle. It’s time-consuming, you’re posting without getting the return you want and you’re missing the strategy of posting with purpose.

📍Inside the Local Loop Framework, I use my proven strategy to help you go from sporadic bookings to consistent weekly enquiries from new potential clients. Just this week, I spoke to a client who’s had nearly 180 new leads in less than two months of us working together.

The Local Loop Framework is proven to help businesses increase visibility in their local area and become the go-to everyone’s talking about. It helps you increase enquiries, fill your classes and go from half-empty sessions to a waitlist.

Stop struggling to find new clients, use the Local Loop to support your business and your bookings. If you want to become the go-to studio with full classes every week DM ‘LOOP’ for more info.
