We all know that random followers and a load of likes won’t fill your Pilates studio... But let’s talk about what actually does.

The studios with waitlists have built something more than a presence, they’ve built community 🫶🏼

☑️ People who feel connected to the brand. Who trust the instructor. Who tag their friends, buy the membership, show up week after week without needing to be convinced every time.

❌ That doesn’t come from churning out post after post and hoping something lands.

☑️ It comes from intention, clear messaging, relatable content & showing up online in a way that feels like a natural extension of what happens inside your studio.

Before you post, ask yourself… what’s the purpose of this post? Is it to attract? Build trust? Convert?

If the purpose isn’t clear to you, it won’t be clear to the people reading it either.

Next time you feel like you’re heading into a quieter period, try this 👇

I recently saw someone ask about content and whether or not they should slow down with content over Christmas because “bookings are always slower over Christmas”...

The advice given back was “Yes, it is slower for me too and my clients post don’t perform the same either so hold off until Jan”

So next time you’re heading into a “quiet” season, try this:
→ Map out 2–3 key posts a week that you can schedule ahead of time
→ Focus on connection & not just promotion
→ And make sure your content is speaking to local ideal clients

I 100% agree with having some time off over the holidays and enjoying time with family and friends BUT that doesn’t mean stopping everything altogether... With my clients we planned in advance, we had 3 weeks of content signed off and ready to post.

We followed my proven framework and posted in the right places in front of the right people. This meant the as soon as we posted more bottom of funnel sales copy we had new leads commenting wanting to know more, book onto classes, book onto open days and current clients wanting to secure memberships.

What a year…

2025 brought us the final piece to our little family. My beautiful baby girl has helped me to heal more than she’ll ever know after a heartbreaking 2024. My family will always be the biggest part of me 💕

I’m grateful for all the amazing weekends away, random trips and time I get to spend with my girls.

I’m grateful for my amazing clients who have trusted me to support them throughout 2025… the fact that they’ve renewed contracts and locked in for 2026 says everything.

I’m grateful for all the opportunities that came my way and for stepping out of my comfort zone, believing in me and never giving up on what I know works and can help others 🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way… on retreats, with content days, my amazing clients and of course my beautiful family & friends.

Here’s to 2026… focusing on me and mine and supporting more and more businesses ✨🥳🧘🏼‍♀️

Let’s stop pretending that another offer is going to fix everything...

If you’re relying on discounts to fill your classes, you’re not solving the real problem! You’re just attracting people who’ll leave the moment the next studio posts a better deal.

Here’s what to focus on instead if you want long-term, loyal clients:

1️⃣ Getting your messaging right! If you’re not speaking directly to your ideal client, the right people won’t even realise you’re talking to them.

If you’re not sure who your ideal client is DM me “CLIENT” and I’ll send you something to help.

2️⃣ Please stop panicking and throwing out offers. You don’t need more people chasing discounts. You need visibility with people who see the value in what you do. Focus your content on attracting the right local audience.

3️⃣ Have a plan! The studios I work with who are fully booked and have consistent enquiries know exactly where they’re heading. They’re building memberships, running retreats, planning community events and their content supports that.

If you’re scrambling for posts each week, that’s the first sign you’re reacting, not leading.

These are 3 things I focus on with clients to attract an audience of people who want to show up weekly for themselves, understand the importance of Pilates classes and the fact it’s not a treat every once in a while but part of your lifestyle if you want to feel the benefits 🫶🏼

We have had more amazing wins come through from client work:

📲 Lots of new enquiries and comments on FB posts - these posts are focused on reaching new local ideal clients. They are strategically created to nurture and connect before sharing something linked to bookings, classes or events so that when we do share we get the leads and bookings for clients.
👯‍♀️ New followers for clients but these are local people who can actually book with them. We’re seeing lots of new faces on our client’s socials, attracting new clients every week!

I have also spent lots of time focusing on my new service I will be launching soon, this aligns perfectly with exactly what I want to support clients with and means I can share so much more in lots of detail with so many more businesses which is super exciting. This is coming soon but if you’re intrigued just message me and I’ll fill you in on everything 🤫🤩

I’ve also been focusing on self care too... I have been building new habits over the last few weeks. I’ve managed to lose 10lbs, I feel so much better in myself especially with the new hair too 💁🏼‍♀️ I have also caught up on some amazing masterclasses I’ve been meaning to watch for a while and have taken so much from them all.

This week I’m meeting clients, sending proposals to potential new clients and spending lots of time with my girls 🫶🏼 It’s all about balance!

We need to dig a little deeper into this...

You’re already spending so much time on your marketing already with Instagram and you’ve tried Facebook but it just isn’t working. As business owners we don’t have time to waste on things that don’t work BUT if you’re a location-based business and you’re saying Facebook doesn’t work for you I’m guessing you’re doing at least one if not all 3 of these things:

👉🏼 Re-sharing a post from you page directly into community groups
👉🏼 Joining FB groups simply because they’re local to you and you’re trying to reach local ideal clients.
👉🏼 Posting something about your most recent offer again. This type of post may get some engagement when posted once (if admins haven’t already declined it) BUT if that’s all you’re posting the traction will stop and people will get tired of seeing the same thing.

The 3 things I’m about to share will begin to show you that Facebook marketing DOES WORK for your location-based business and has worked for my clients including Pilates Studio owners, yoga studio owners, gym owners and bridal boutiques.

1️⃣ Take the time to research the groups you are posting in, make sure they are worth your time and effort and have active members.
2️⃣ Plan your posts. Don’t constantly share the same graphic or offers, make it valuable to your audience.
3️⃣ Engage within the groups. Connect with people who are local to your business location.

Celebrating a week filled with client wins and family time 🫶🏼

We’ve seen so many new client wins from Facebook that I have to share with you so you can see how vital it is to use Facebook groups as a location-based business.

👉🏼 One client has had two of her events sell out and we’re already getting enquiries for her third. She also had 20 enquiries from one post about her yoga and Pilates classes. These posts are planned strategically using my proven framework that helps bring in consistent weekly enquiries.

👉🏼 One of my clients also saw a big increase in DMs. Just a few minutes after I posted in Facebook groups for her, she had instant enquiries landing straight in her inbox. This is the beauty of Facebook, you’re literally reaching people in your area who are already looking for you, they just don’t know you exist yet.

👉🏼 Another client had over 1 million views on Facebook, with over 4,000 people clicking through to view her website or booking link. She came to me wanting to reach the right audience and we’re finally doing just that. She’s seeing new faces and connecting with the right demographic.

Last week wasn’t just about work though. It was also full of family time. We visited Christmas markets, went to a light switch-on and ate loads of gorgeous food. One massive reason I started this business when I had Esme was to be able to do these things every week with my family and really enjoy the little moments 💕

I also made some time for myself... got to Pilates, went to the gym, had a fresh set of nails done and started planning something BRAND NEW that I’ll be introducing soon. It’s all about helping you create content that brings in weekly enquiries and gets those bookings filled.
