We will be away from the shop until the 4th of October, starting tomorrow. This means our Etsy shop will be put in Holiday Mode tonight and our website is already updated to pause orders.

🌿 If you have any orders you would like placing, you can still do this through Etsy until tonight, any other orders will be on automatic pause until we come back.

🌿 Absolutely obsessed with this new packaging paper 🌺🌼

Fun fact: We haven't ordered a single piece of bubble wrap for the business so far. One of the main perks of being a small business is that we can save & reuse any bubble wrap we ever have in the household to minimize negative impacts on the planet. The downside is storing them all from companies that still send them out in packaging as new.

Fortunately we have been seeing a positive change by choosing eco-friendly businesses so a lot of our packaging is mainly paper that you can easily recycle ♻️

Here's an honest opinion on our worst month so far, August has been really hard and we're not gonna sit here and act like everything has gone according to plans. This business is not separated from personal life, if things are hectic it shows on the efforts I make unfortunately.

I am not yet able to run Crush Botanicals full time, and my full time job has changed, personal life has got in the way and for the whole month I have barely touched the projects for the shop, which showed on our sales and engagement. These months happen, even if I wasn't feeling guilty about putting the time in, it's the struggles and slow months when it feels like I should give up on it, when the discipline and passion just isn't quite there.

We get back up and keep going, because giving it up is not an option. Things might get quiet sometimes but it doesn't mean it's the end 🤍
