By the time I finished work I had missed the blue sky day, but managed to catch a bit of golden hour 💛

I thoughtvyou might like to see how the building works are coming along. It is huge, you can see it from Putsborough!! Due for completion in Feb, doesn't feel to me like the finish date is achievable but I am sure they will prove me wrong and work wonders.

This was a lovely drive into Woolacombe the other late afternoon. I wasn't going to film as I thought it would be dull. But that grey cloud over Lundy turned it into a whole other thing!! That ethereal misty look was something else 🩶👀

This from last week at Lee Bay. I took this bit of video for myself really, as Rupert was pootling among the rocks, trying not to get his feet wet in the cold sea lol, looking like the total sweetie pie he is 😍

But looking back at it today that gentle lapping of the waves is very relaxing and totally the opposite of M&S this afternoon 🤭

A crisp sunny November day, not warm, but windy, the surf was up and so were the surfers.🏄‍♂️

The beach was very obliging and the sand reflected the sky and clouds above like a mirror ⛅️🪞

Come with us on a flying trip to Croyde. The grey day was Sunday just gone and the sunny day the following Monday, same journey, roughly the same time of day!!

The sea on Sunday was moody and that lovely grey green in places. Lundy was massive and almost outlined. 🩶🌊

Monday everywhere was much softer, fluffy white clouds and warm sun, the sky blue like the sky 💙🌊

Not your magazine sandy beach… but such a perfect wellies-and-fishing-net spot for children.🎣
