Autumn officially arrives tomorrow with the September equinox and it’s a magical time to watch a sunset on Dartmoor. Where are your favourite places to watch the sun go down? We share a few in the latest issue of Dartmoor Magazine.
The September equinox marks the beginning of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere. It is one of two days a year when the sun shines directly on the equator, resulting in a day and a night that are almost equal in length everywhere on Earth.
