🪐 Just Her

Just Her sets are wondrous occasions. With a unique ability to move your feet and heart in equal measure, she crafts her own brand of emotive house music, spreading joy on dancefloors, festival fields and beach parties across the world.

With one foot firmly in the DJ booth after cutting her teeth spinning vinyl in sweaty back rooms, and the other in her fast developing producer and songwriter career, Just Her has already carved out an impressive back catalogue on world class labels including Anjunadeep, Crosstown Rebels, Global Underground and Armada, achieving a wealth of Beatport chart positions, an Essential New Tune on Radio 1 and high profile press features in the likes of DJ Mag & Mixmag. Also establishing herself as an accomplished remixer, Just Her has deconstructed tracks from key players such as Armin Van Buuren and Lane 8, crafting them skillfully into her signature deep emotive cuts.

Always one to see the bigger picture, Just Her also created Constant Circles - a unique concept in which music & contemporary visual art are combined. This would serve as an outlet for her own music, with successful label parties across the UK & Europe, art exhibitions in Brighton and London and a radio show on key online stations.

🪐 Akiva

Akiva is a Los Angeles-based producer, DJ, and live act whose music is driven by groove, grit, emotion, and atmosphere—rooted in New York’s dance music underground of his formable years and shaped by the evolving landscape of modern house and techno.

With releases on ARRVL, Asymmetric Recordings, Dear Deer, ICONYC, KRAFTED, Pro B Tech, his own Saturo Sounds imprint, and more, Akiva has topped Beatport charts and developed a sound that moves fluidly between deep, melodic, funky, and driving house and techno.

Over the years, Akiva has shared the decks with an extensive roster of electronic music artists, including Alan Nieves, Alex O’Rion, Anthony Pappa, Cid Inc, Dave Seaman, Dennis Ferrer, Hernan Cattaneo, Jaap Lighthart, Miyagi, Squire, Steve Parry, Technasia, and many more.

Akiva’s musical journey began with Jaco Pastorius. Introduced to jazz through his father and uncle’s record collections, he was drawn to Pastorius’ rhythmically intricate, bass-driven fusion and soon picked up an Ibanez bass guitar.

In high school, heavy metal and classic rock entered the mix before Akiva discovered electronic music through New York’s renowned KTU radio station. He soon began playing progressive house and Goa psytrance with friends at parties and as New York’s scene—and electronic music globally—continued to evolve, Akiva immersed himself in collecting music, DJing, and developing his production craft.

Today, that eclectic foundation remains at the heart of Akiva’s sound. His sets and productions blend elements of tech house, indie dance, melodic house, and techno, combining rhythmic drive with rich melodies, textures, and atmosphere. Ultimately, his music reflects a lifetime of influences—from jazz and rock to New York’s underground dance floors and the ever-evolving global electronic music landscape.

This Saturo Sounds 51st release, and 2-track EP from It B Like Dat, is club-tested and dance floor-approved, progressive and indie dance package.

“The titular record, ‘Germline Edit’, was started in 2023 as a 16-bar loop, and there it sat for two years until it was ‘re-discovered’ on a hard drive backup. The loop triggered a lightning bolt of inspiration, and It B Like Dat finished the track in recorded time”
