Ingredients:
500g / 17.6oz beef mince (15–20% fat)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
Baking paper

Method
1. Mix beef mince and all spices together thoroughly.
2. Place the seasoned mince between two sheets of baking paper.
3. Roll very thin, this is the step that makes it different.
4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until completely firm.
5. Peel back the paper and slice into thin strips.
6. Fry or air fry until crispy and golden.

Ingredients:
300g / 10.5oz fresh strawberries
300ml / 1ΒΌ cups double cream
1 tin (397g / 14oz) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1. Blend strawberries until completely smooth.
2. Lightly whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
3. Fold in condensed milk and vanilla extract.
4. Mix in the blended strawberries until combined.
5. Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
6. Scoop and serve.

600g / 21oz chicken legs
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
Cornflour (for coating)

Method
1. Coat chicken legs lightly in cornflour.
2. Fry or bake until golden and cooked through.
3. Add honey, soy sauce and garlic to the pan.
4. Cook until sticky and evenly coated, about 3–5 minutes.

Delicious Jerk Chicken Recipe ❀️πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅

Ingredients:
700g / 24.7oz chicken legs
2 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp thyme

Method
1. Mix jerk seasoning, soy sauce, oil, garlic and thyme together into a marinade.
2. Coat chicken legs well in the marinade.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, overnight for best results.
4. Bake at 220Β°C / 425Β°F for 35–45 minutes or air fry until cooked through and charred at the edges.

400 g Biscoff spread


Method

Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1 cup boiling water or stock
1 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 small red onion, finely sliced
50 g feta cheese (optional)
Handful fresh mint or parsley

Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper

Method
1. Place couscous in a bowl and pour over boiling water or stock.
2. Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Fluff couscous with a fork.
4. Add cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, and herbs.
5. Mix dressing ingredients together.
6. Pour over couscous and toss well.
7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

2. Add cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, onion, sweetcorn, and herbs.
3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
Cake Batter
225 g unsalted butter, softened
200 g caster sugar
4 eggs
250 g self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
Chocolate Swirl
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp hot water


Method
1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (160Β°C fan). Grease and line a loaf tin or round cake tin.
2. Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in flour, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
5. Divide batter into two bowls.
6. Mix cocoa powder with hot water to form a paste, then stir into one half of the batter.
7. Spoon vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into the tin.
8. Use a skewer or knife to swirl gently.
9. Bake for 40–50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
10. Cool before slicing.
