WE DONE IT!
Up at 5.30am and a long journey to London.
Was indeed the hardest thing I've done in my life.
Feet are killing, knee is painful but I got through it. Was a hard course from what people have said.

I was busting for loo all the way round which made it mentally tough!

My 10k time was 52.49. Fastest I've ever run. Paul kept me going. Heart rate peak at 190 so we slowed it down but we kept a good pace.

First 1m out the gate was 7.12 which is a PB for me and then 8.00-8.20 for the rest. 1 little walk but the water station was like 4 miles in so was really hard.

So tonight was the last run for me until Sunday. DJin tomorrow and then Ill be resting now until Sunday.

If you don't know our story, my little boy Arlo has ARFID, food eating disorder where by he has now currently maybe 3 snacks and milk a day.
He struggles through each day and doesnt get alot of energy but he is a such a great kid and he means the world to me.

There are many families in the same situation with no help from GPs or hospital as they have no idea how to handle Arfid and we are all trying to support and help as many parents and children as we can, and are doing thier best to help.

Please help and feel free to donate to charity as were nearly at our new target.

Im then going to go back to the doctors about my knee! They prob wont help knowing I've been running and DJin every week but im going to run through the pain!

So from Jan till now ive been trying to run once a week but I think im ready for sundays run at Wembley.
Weve got to be up at 5.30am. Train 6.10am!

I would like to thank at .print for the tops. Mark has been a good friend for many years so thank you sir.

Hutton Hall is one of our resident venues.

The hall itself is a stunning Grade II listed Georgian manor house, nestling within eight acres of tree-lined, beautifully manicured gardens and is partially surrounded by a moat that leads you gently towards a private gate opposite Hutton’s 14th century village Church.

Madison & Caleb were an absolute pleasure to DJ for, and it was an honour to be a part of their big day. They were so much fun on the day, and everyone had such a great night.
