Two extremely good reasons to battle traffic and hotboxing in my hungover passengers 'exhaust' was these two. .music you're a diamond geezer in the truest sense. An iridescent shining light and one of the most real fellas I have the privilege to call a mate.

is a supremely humble guy, who's got big big things ahead for him. A brilliant producer, lovely bloke and really really looking forward to him playing at SOCO LOCO on 9th August.

Rare to find two diamonds in the same spot, but that was 10 Steps North summer social and it was a fantastic DJ showcase with a stunning array of styles on show.

Wicked, albeit long day bookended with a 60th Birthday gig in Wythenshawe.

So good to finally be back in the gym. At 42, I have made so many mistakes already. Some that leave me carrying guilt and shame. This can and has lead to dark places and rabbit holes. Like doom scrolling in your mind.

Blokes in my age range can find themselves in similar situations and just another statistic. It's not ok to not be ok when that happens. Find an outlet. Samaritans, a friend, a well placed DM, meditation, the bible, whatever works, works. Exercise for me is a massive assist.

Thank you for doing what you do in using sport and exercise to transform lives.

Of course, it is ok not to be ok. It's part of being human.
