We had the absolute best time visiting the stunning Bombay Sapphire Distillery today. We popped in to catch up with the lovely Ella, talk all things weddings, and drop off some of our shiny new business cards. ✨

✨ AI vs. Reality: Are We Setting Unrealistic Beauty Expectations? ✨

In our latest "Touch Up and Tease" episode, we dive deep into the world of Artificial Intelligence and its growing influence on beauty standards.
The problems it can cause and the unrealistic beauty expectations it sets. It's truly fascinating (and a little bit scary!) to see what AI can do to an image.
We took a simple selfie from the day we recorded (that's Photo 1 - our main grid pic!) and asked AI to work its magic. Swipe to see the transformations:
➡️ Photo 2: AI was asked to 'remove and perfect our flaws.' Look how subtle yet impactful the changes are! ➡️ Photo 3: We then asked for a 'perfected digital version.' This takes it a step further, creating an almost illustrative, flawless look. ➡️ Photo 4: For some fun, we requested a 'high glam version.' Hello, red carpet ready! But we no longer look like ourselves!! 😱✨ ➡️ Photo 5: And because we love a bit of fantasy, we asked for a 'Disney-inspired version!' How cute are we? 🥰

It's clear that AI can create incredibly captivating visuals, but it also raises important questions about what we perceive as "perfect."
