Job Description – Telemarketing
Kempshott, Basingstoke. Document Despatch is a supplier of mailing, print and fulfilment solutions across many industry sectors including, publishing, charities, retail and local authorities, Founded in 1987. We have a turnover approaching £3 million and employ 30 people.
Following recent expansion with a new digital colour machine and additional envelope enclosing line, we are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join us
The successful candidate may come from a Telesales, Sales or Customer Service, Marketing background with the confidence to make outbound calls to business and organisations that require our mailing services. We provide leads and a telesales module , targeting lapsed clients and new prospects. The Telemarketing Executive will be target driven, generating appointments for our Sales Manager .The Candidate: - Driven to succeed, Professional phone manner.- Possess good PC skills to log results of calls into data module and call backs - Ability to work independently- Excellent customer service skills
Experience & Key Performance Indicators: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telemarketing / telesales role- Proficient use of a PC – Expectation of min 1 appointments per day made for the Sales Person.
Part-time/ flexi min 2-3 days per week. Which option for additional flexi days to suit.
Pro rata hours to suit working parent / semi-retired professional with min 2 days per week. Term time hours considered for right applicant with parental responsibilities. .
The key is to establish relationship with future customers and stay connected over the year , you will be dealing with nice marketing people, not consumer/ public.
Hourly rate is circa £27k per year pro rata, plus bonus for appointments and conversion to live work!
