Mum helps me film my vids all the time but it tends to be a lot of footage of everything in betweenā€¦

I saw someone else check out their mumā€™s camera roll after their holiday so I did the same and it is golden šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

How Iā€™m feelingā€¦

I know why this has reared its head

The skin on my leg still hasnā€™t healed properly after the issue before the climb

And I feel like Iā€™m living life with the handbrake on while I canā€™t use my prosthetic properly

Just feels weird being sad while surrounded by all the people that make me happy

Anyway, thereā€™s my journal for today

Tough times donā€™t just test youā€¦ they test whoā€™s really with you.

These guys have done so much for me.

This place feels like a second home, and Iā€™ll always be grateful for the love and support theyā€™ve shown.

I hope this reminds anyone going through something that no matter what happens in life, you can find your way back to the things that make you feel like you.

Was so lovely visiting the Amputee Rehab Unit which cared for me so well, all of the staff there are amazing people and I miss them and that place more than I should.

Itā€™s not the size that matters, itā€™s how you use it

Learning to walk with a prosthetic would never be easy

But the fact my stump was chopped smaller eight times is far from helpful

Itā€™s caused me SO many problems in the past few months

My amazing team at Orthopaedic have tried their best to keep me comfortable and on two feet as much as they can

Iā€™m praying this new silicone method could be the game changer!

For my amputee crew, the bendy foot in the vid is the Evanto from , finding it really great on uneven surfaces

Iā€™m not sure how to feel, but itā€™s time to get it done.

Lots of unanswered questionsā€¦ is it even possible with my legā€¦ will I connect with it the same as I used toā€¦ I guess Iā€™ll find out in the next couple of days.

I knew when the time came to do this I would want to partner with a charity to help others who have been in a similar position to me.

They do incredible work to get survivors back to doing what they love and I have seen first hand today the difference they make to peopleā€™s lives.
