The A.Team is all refurbished and booked out on Thursday along with the Wizard hut the Hobbit hut and the Western Wagon. The new Tiny house is looking great in the sun and a real showstopper. Holiday season is most definitely here. Not too long before the screen is back up so will keep the cinema fans updated 👍🏻

Up at sunrise finishing off the last jobs before the Campsite opens on Friday for the first time this year. At last it’s dry the grass is cut and summer is here.

For those who didn’t know the screen blew down about a month ago in the weekend of gales. Today Myself my Dad and Laura managed to get it back up and strapped multiple times. Obviously wether dependent but fingers crossed we can show some kids/family movies early by 6pm. Also a double fancy dress halloween 🎃 night kids film then adults horror with the pods available decorated with blood and guts. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Just to confirm we do allow the following at the drive-in. As we are in a predominantly agricultural area people do tend to turn up on quad bikes and gators. This is no problem we also have ample room for tractors self-propelled foragers or combines as long as the header is off the combine. We also allow lorries but only tractor units if articulated. We have a specially cutout grass helipad located at the right hand side of the Campsite you’re welcome to land there but you will not be able to see the screen. If you do arrive by helicopter we have put up chairs at the front screen for you to watch the film. There is also a stand for horses should you want to ride to watch the film we can provide hay and water at no extra cost. Hot air balloons are also permitted as is a wonderful spot to take off with no electrical wires but landing I’m guessing would be a problem. All ready for Elvis on Saturday night!!. Grass cut all camping pods ready and all is good. It’s the calm before the storm as this place will be buzzing all weekend with a maxed out campsite and tickets are selling fast but still have approximately 17 cars left till maximum capacity. Can’t wait for the filmit looks great, Elvis will be here and he’ll be singing live on the top of the big screen!!. Elvis quiz and more 🍿👊🏻

Thanks to all the people who came last night - costumers family and friends. Laura Mum Dad and Lilly Hill all working hard to get it all sorted and all the food out. The hot dog van is completely bare so a lot of hungry cinema goers out there. See you all soon 👍🏻

Double movie weekend at a drive-in cinema. The first showing of the year so making the most of the Sun this Friday and Saturday. Tickets are on sale at the website with the link below. Everyone welcome to come when they like, the main arrival is 8pm movie starts at 9pm - sunset at 8:40pm . Camping is available at £10 per tent with the use of toilets and showers also some micro glamping pods available to book. if you want to make an afternoon of it you can arrive from 4 pm to do the Campsite walk which is approximately 3 miles through the forest. There will be hotdogs pancakes popcorn crisps ice cream & drinks all available at the hotdog van. We look forward to welcoming back or regulars and hopefully some new visitors. Support from the locals keeps us going and keeps this event running. Don’t miss the first ones of the year…looks sunny 🌞 so both nights it is 😉. Waiting for the films to be authorised hopefully tomorrow before I can sell the tickets. Hopefully if all is well a link to the tickets here tomorrow. 🎫. Loads of camping available at £10 - Caravan or campers £15 including use of toilet - shower and concrete slabs for BBQ. Also signed walks too.
