Monday I was at the Spa.

I still worked as I have regular tasks to do on a Monday but I worked a little bit before I went and then I finished up when I got home.

As a small business owner it can be hard to take time out but if you don't you will only burnout.

So even if you just can escape for a few hours to take self care in whatever form that means for you do it!
