✨🎨 ARTIST OF THE MONTH 🎨✨

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Saigon, Vietnam, Duc discovered her love for drawing at an early age—long before modern devices like smartphones and computers were part of daily life. With just a pencil in hand, creativity became her way of exploring the world.

After graduating from high school, Duc pursued her passion at Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, earning a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and illustration. She began her career at a local magazine and has since gained extensive experience working with publishers, bringing to life numerous picture books loved by readers. Constantly practicing and refining her skills, Duc hopes to take on exciting new projects with major publishers worldwide.

When she’s not illustrating, Duc enjoys baking, crafting handmade creations, and spending time with her dogs—faithful companions who bring joy and relaxation after a busy day. If she weren’t an illustrator, she’d happily trade her sketchbook for a baking apron or a career caring for animals. 🐾🍰

Emma joined emc in 2012 as a junior designer fresh from Falmouth University, where she studied graphic design. With a passion for editorial design and typographic detail, emc has been the perfect home for her creativity. She’s always learning new tricks in InDesign—while trying to remember the shortcuts that actually matter!

When she’s not crafting beautiful layouts, Emma’s happiest by the seaside, rocking out at a punk gig, or planning her next adventure to Japan. 🏖️🎸🇯🇵
