Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available – Starting April 2026
East Coast Adventure Centre is growing, and we’re looking for passionate people to join our team for the 2026 season.

We are recruiting for:
– Qualified and experienced outdoor activity instructors with relevant certifications and proven experience delivering safe, high-quality sessions.

- Young, enthusiastic assistant instructors who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills on the job.

About the Roles
You’ll be helping to deliver fun, engaging, and memorable outdoor adventure activities to a wide range of groups — from school trips and families to corporate clients and youth groups. Our priority is safety, excellent customer care, and creating unforgettable experiences for everyone who visits the centre.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Instructors:
- Relevant outdoor qualifications and experience
- Strong safety awareness and excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and deliver outdoor activities to different ages and abilities

Assistant Instructors:
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job
- Enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team
- No formal experience required — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a love of adventure

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering or assisting with outdoor activity sessions
- Guiding groups safely through activities
- Helping set up and maintain equipment
- Supporting an excellent guest experience from start to finish
