The Chronicle is a rollercoaster. Vibrant, full-bodied, sweet and syrupy. The dessert that keeps on giving.

The base is a washed coffee from Maria Gaspar, a high-altitude producer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This coffee is bursting with tart citrus acidity. Paired with our naturally processed Starmaya F1 from Douglas Luiz in Brazil, they’re the duo to beat. Starmaya is a fruit bomb, tropical and vibrant with a slightly spiced finish.

Both coffees speak volumes in the cup, and they’re sharing the mic just fine.

Introducing the first of our blends launching this weekend as part of The Blends Issue boxset.

The Daily is designed to be your daily driver. It has a lower acidity, courtesy of the balanced and
rounded milk chocolatey honey process Brazil from Mió Fazenda, but we wanted this coffee to
have a few tricks up its sleeve. Enter Shyira; this washed coffee from Rwanda’s highest altitude
washing station in Nyahibu is complex, floral and elegant, with hints of citrus and plenty of red
fruit to boot. Combined with Nodrua, the end cup is rich and decadent – think chocolate-covered
turkish delight.
