2025 - what a year it has been for our club! We did our utmost to help keep the scootering scene alive in Belfast and beyond. 🛵

We kickstarted the season with a last minute fundraiser to support the Halifax Soul Crew Mini Weekender and raised £293 for Childrens Heartbeat Trust. ❤️

On Easter Sunday we officially became VCB Cog 459. Thank you again to Ian Hedges, Bryan Reed Mark Bullard and everyone else at VCB who played a part in this. 🖤

We were delighted and blessed to gain a club sponsor A massive thank you to Dean and Geraldine of PCR Business Solutions Ltd for your continued support, it means so much to us. 💙

Our weekly rideouts continued on a Wednesday night and a Sunday morning and they got bigger and better. The weather was kind and in total we had 53 rideouts between April and September. We didnt halt the season there either, we just kept going when the weather permitted. We met lots of new faces at these rideouts and we hope to see you all again in 2026. Everyone is welcome at our rideouts. 🛵

We held our 2nd rally in August and it was more successful than we could ever have dreamed of. Thank you to Shorts Sports & Recreation Club for hosting us and to all our epic performers and of course everyone who came along. The 2026 rally is going to be an absolute belter and we really appreciate the phenomenal ticket sales to date as it helps us immensely knowing we are on track to cover our eyewatering entertainment bills! 🎉

In November we had our Ride of Remembrance where we raised £500 Royal British Legion ❤️

Finally in December we had our fundraiser for Tor Bank School and were delighted to raise £4008.10. 💛

Massive thanks to our friends in Hearth who once again hosted us. You guys are the heart and soul of Ballyhackamore. Thanks also to the businesses who gave us a prize and everyone who bought ballots from us. 👏

Finally we would like to thank FOSS ARTIST and Mark Barton Photography for covering our events, it helps us so much as our club is seriiously lacking in decent photographers. Thanks also to Scootering scene - pictures, news & reviews for promoting our events. 🤩

So onto 2026, we already have an Easter Egg run scheduled and our Rally in August. You likely havent seen that mentioned. 🤣 More events will be added in due course, just keep an eye on our page.

From all of us at EBSC we wish you a very Happy New Year. 🧡

Anyone fancy a wee scoot in the morning? A few of us are going to head out for a while. Nothing wild, just a wee run and a cup of tea somewhere to get out of the house.

Everyone is welcome to join us. Meeting at Tesco, Castlereagh Road at 11am. 🩷

THANK YOU

We should have done this yesterday but the bar was calling and after so many weeks of chasing prizes and hassling people for money, that pint was truly needed.

We would like to thank all of the following businesses for their support with our fundraiser for Tor Bank School.

Firstly, big thanks to Hearth for hosting us once again. There is no other pub that comes even close to what you guys do for the community. We had a great day and we loved the food at Pickle and Smoke.

Thank you to all the businesses below for donating a prize. We know you are totally tortured with people asking for donations and we appreciate that you have said yes to us. Some of you have said yes to us 4 years in a row and that is simply incredible.

To our followers, please support these businesses who step up and do their bit. Trust me when I tell you that Amazon and Temu arent interested in anyone’s local fundraising.

You will note there are fewer businesses listed than there were prizes. This is due to the generosity of some good friends of the club. Thank you to you guys.

Last but not least thank you to every single person who bought ballots off us. We know that our friends, family and work colleagues are probably weary of being asked but rest assured every penny you donate makes a tremendous difference to the children of Tor Bank. To those local scooterists who made the effort, thank you. Also thank you to our scottish friends for your immense generosity.

Sorry that went on for so long but we are delighted to have raised such an incredible amount - £4008.10. From December 2023 - December 2025 we have raised an incredible total of £11,767.06 for Tor Bank which Im sure you’ll agree isnt bad for a wee scooter club.

Thank you again to everyone who has played a part in this, we see you and we appreciate you.

Love and best wishes from all at East Belfast Scooter Club. 🩷
