โจ Some recent meals I've been eating to help keep me on track... ๐
One of the biggest things that changed my weight loss journey was realising that no food has to be off limits.
Bread isn't "bad." Chocolate isn't "bad." Cheese isn't "bad."
Fat loss isn't about eating perfectly or cutting out your favourite foods. It's about finding a way to make the foods you love fit your calories and your lifestyle.
These are some of the meals I've genuinely been enjoying recently, and they're exactly why this way of eating feels sustainable. I never feel like I'm constantly waiting for a cheat meal because I actually enjoy what I'm eating every day.
