As healthcare professionals, we dedicate our time to caring for others every single day. But Mental Health Month is also a reminder that we need care too.

Working in healthcare can be rewarding, but it can also be emotionally and mentally demanding. Taking time to check in with yourself, rest when needed, and speak openly about mental health is important.

We also encourage everyone to check in on friends, colleagues, and loved ones. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a real difference.

Let’s continue creating a culture where wellbeing, support, and understanding are part of everyday care. 💙
